Megan Karbowski, a talented Oahu photographer who specializes in film and analog, took these gorgeous sentimental moments of Samantha and Hanaya's wedding at Cafe Julia. The results were nothing short of magical.

There's something soulful and nostalgic about capturing a wedding entirely on film. Maybe it's because each click has to be carefully considered or the inherent imperfections that can occur from the occasional light leak, soft focus or exposure make each capture especially unique. They remind us that life is unpredictable and that our most cherished memories are quite often the ones that don’t follow a script.
